We appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel.
Q: Where do the items ship to?
A: Under normal circumstances, we ship parcels all over the world. The parcels will be dispatched within two working days from the time your payment are verified.
Q: How many days does it take you to receive parcels?
A: Your orders will be shipped out within 2 business days after receiving payment. Generally speaking, it will take you 5-7 calendar days to receive your parcels at your door(door to door service). If they will not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us. We will get back to you shortly. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
Q: Do I have to pay for Taxes and Customs Duties?
A: We pay for you in advance almost all customs duties for many destinations in the world (for Example US, European Union). In some cases, depending on the destination and on the items purchased, taxes and duties may be charged to recipient.
Q: Where’s my order?
A: Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your e-mail automatically. And tracking number may be trackable within 48 hours. We will also email you the website to track your package.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
All items can be sent back within 15 days upon receipt. All returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. We cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
"The product is not what I did imagine it to be."
"I have changed my mind on this product."
"I don't like this product after I received it for no reason."
If you request returning the purchased items for the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back, besides the shipping fees, we will also charge a 15% of re-stocking fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund. Please choose the right size and color carefully before purchasing.
We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 15 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

4. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation.
